Publish a page
To publish a page and make it visible to website visitors at the same time, 3 steps are necessary:
- The desired version must be activated
- The page must be published
- The page can be added to the menu so that visitors can find it there
There are two ways to do this: via the Desktop or in edit mode of a version.
Desktop
The desired version is activated via the desktop view. If another version is already activated, it will be automatically deactivated when a new version is activated.
If there is an activated version, the page can be published.
The page is published
The published page can be published in the menu. To do this, please move the page in the structure tree in the next step.
Edit mode
The desired version is activated in edit mode.
If there is an activated version, the page can also be published in edit mode.
The published page can also be published in edit mode in the menu.
The next step is to arrange the page in the structure tree.
The page can now be found under the selected menu item
